C-26, r. 2 - Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions which give access to permits or specialist’s certificates of professional orders

3.02. The cumulative report of the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche, de la Science et de la Technologie with the mention “nursing assistant” also gives access to the permit issued by the Ordre professionnel des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec when granted:
(a)  to infant and child care specialists who have successfully completed a training course provided by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche, de la Science et de la Technologie in one of the school service centres or the school board listed in section 3.01; or
(b)  to persons who have successfully completed a course in the prescribed discipline provided by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche, de la Science et de la Technologie for native people of the territories covered by the Agreement concerning James Bay and Northern Québec and the Inuits, in one of the school service centres or the school board listed in section 3.01.

(a)  to infant and child care specialists who have successfully completed a training course provided by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport in one of the school boards listed in section 3.01; or
(b)  to persons who have successfully completed a course in the prescribed discipline provided by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport for native people of the territories covered by the Agreement concerning James Bay and Northern Québec and the Inuits, in one of the school boards listed in section 3.01.
